Shipping Policy
All items will be shipped using the customers preferred method at checkout. Auto-generated emails will be sent. You can also sign up to receive text notifications and shipping status.
Customers should expect delivery within 3-7 business days after shipping status states "In-transit". Should items not be delivered, please contact us immediately at glamsquad@shantillyglam.com. We will contact the company handling the shipment and resolve all issues quickly. If the merchandise isn't delivered to you, and is still in stock Shantilly Glam Boutique will replace the items and cover shipping costs or offer a full refund. If the items are not in stock and is lost in transit, we will provide a full refund.
